Best location in Florence. We arrived by train (5 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Station) and as you step outside the hotel, you are immediately in the centre of Florence. Many restaurants and shops to choose from and Ponte Vechhio bridge and the Florence cathedral are less than 10 minutes walk away. The hotel is contemporary and clean and breakfast has many choices. The rooftop pool and bar area were fantastic and a beautiful place to sit and look at the sunset while sipping our aperitif. Staff at the hotel were great and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Florence. Thank you to the staff of Hotel Glance for a great and memorable stay! ☺️

Loved the location next to the train station/trams for getting to and from the airport but also next to the main attractions. The staff were all so friendly and help and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and a variety of food and drinks available. The pool and rooftop bar was a great addition. The rooms were clean, decent size and had good storage and nice touch of free water each day.

The location was great and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was nice with plenty of food options. I love the pancake making machine!!! Room was comfortable and clean be it a little small. Bathroom was large with a great shower.

Fair breakfast, with good options of protein, dairy, breads, fruits, juice and pastry. Regarding location, the hotel sits in between the Santa Maria Novela train station and the Duomo, which makes it really good to walkers. The pool has sun light the entire day and provides an awesome sunset view. The staff's excellent mood is definitely a plus! Would stay here again.

Hotel only few mins. walking distance to train station and leather market. Area very congested, but it is in convenient spot. Hotel room beautiful but small. Roof top is great with good music and bar. Didn't use pool, but good size and beautiful views. Staff wonderful and friendly. Good breakfast.

The location was terrific - both for the convenience of the central train station and for easy walking to all the major (and some minor) sites. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, and provided a recommendation for a really good restaurant nearby. Breakfast also was excellent with lots of choices. We had a few unusually hot days (in early April) and on two late afternoons we went to the rooftop terrace to enjoy the breeze and shade - very nice and great views of the city.

Excellent location for exploring on foot. good breakfasts and comfortable rooms. Nice to have a roof top terrace in the city.

The staff was amazing! They warmly greeted us every time we reached the lobby. My son got sick and they were very compassionate. We got a phone call next day to check up on us. It is also great that they staff the front desk 24/7 so when I left my key in room, it was no big deal. Plus, Carlitos was super helpful providing us whatever we needed whether it be a helping hand, extra toilet paper, or tips for our trip. I was also grateful for the powerful AC unit and location which is doors away from a self serve laundry mat, bank with ATM machine so no hidden fees, and a proper mini supermarket. It was great to be so close to everything especially the leather marketplace. It made for a wonderful stay.

The location was fantastic, walking distance to the train station, restaurants, galleries and so many things. Great having a pool in the summer heat and fantastic air conditioning. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good also.

The rooftop pool is what drew us to this property--very relaxing. The location in proximity to the main tourist attractions is great (~7 minute walk to Duomo) but this brings with it a lot of tourist and some homeless folks late at a night. The breakfast was fantastic! ~5 minute walk to the train station.
